Ingredients
  

  • Fresh strawberries - 2 lbs - Hulled and halved
  • Meringues - 8-10 - Store-bought or crushed
  • Heavy whipping cream - 2 cups -
  • Powdered sugar - 1/4 cup -
  • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp -
  • Lemon zest - From 1 lemon - Optional

Instructions
