- 3 medium ripe bananas 1½ cups mashed
- ⅓ cup melted butter or oil
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
