Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium ripe bananas 1½ cups mashed
  • cup melted butter or oil
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup add-ins walnuts, chocolate chips, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Mash bananas in a large bowl
  • Mix in wet ingredients (butter, sugar, egg, vanilla)
  • Add dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt) – stir gently
  • Fold in nuts or chocolate chips
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 55-65 minutes
