5 cl (3 tbsp) milk
1 pinch of vanilla powder
1 tbsp sugar
8 slices of brioche bread

2 tbsp chopped pistachios (or sliced almonds)

Execution
Prepare the batter: In a bowl, whisk together the egg, egg white, milk, vanilla powder, and sugar.
